How much will shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $12.00 for items under 3kg within Australia.

Express Courier Service will be calculated at checkout based on post code

All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and courier please take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within Australia. These orders will be sent with Couriers Please or Australian Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at orders@jeujeclothing.com Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping internationally?

 

If you are located outside of Australia, we offer the best available services:

International Courier (Courier Please, Australia Post International, Fedex)

- International shipping rates will be calculated at check out for customers to choose which options bests suits you

- Delivery between 7-14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries)

- Fully trackable

- Signature required

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Jeuje Clothing is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

As our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange process orders@jeujeclothing.com

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the items you order are in stock, your order will be dispatched the next business day. During busy periods or COVID affected times there may be delays on shipping and may take longer.

  

How Can I Track My Item?

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?

Our Australian based website, ships to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & Ireland, Europe, USA & Canada. All prices are charged in AUD.

 

Do You Offer Returns Or Exchanges?

Yes, we offer 30 Day Returns on all items. You can find our full Return Policy on the returns page.

To return an item, we need to provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please complete the Return form sent with your purchase. If you have misplaced this please email orders@jeujeclothing.com

Our Returns Team will reply with your Return Authorization Number and will also provide you with the address to send your return back to.

Please Note:

- Your Return Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your return it may be returned to you.

- For a refund or exchange, your return must be in original condition with their tags attached.

 

What do i do if i received a faulty/incorrect item?

Please email us ASAP with your Order Number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault.
